DoryAngel LLC is committed to making www.doryangel.com usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We believe everyone who owns, rents, or manages a property in New York should be able to reach us and use the tools we publish, regardless of how they browse the web.

1. Conformance Standard

This website is designed and maintained to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the benchmark referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidance for public-facing websites and is the standard we hold ourselves to across every page of this site.

2. Accessibility Adjustments Made

The following measures are in place across this website:

Accessibility toolbar

• An accessibility widget provided by UserWay is installed site-wide (installed April 2026). It allows a visitor to adjust text size, contrast and colour saturation, apply a dyslexia-friendly font, enlarge the cursor, highlight links, stop animations, and navigate by keyboard.
• The toolbar can be opened from the accessibility button in the site navigation, or from the floating accessibility icon, on every page and at every screen size.

Structure and navigation

• A "skip to content" link so keyboard users can bypass the navigation.
• Semantic HTML headings in a correct, unskipped order on every page.
• All functionality reachable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Interactive controls carry accessible names, and expandable sections report their state to assistive technology.

Content and presentation

• Descriptive alternative text on images that convey information.
• Form fields carry programmatically associated labels, not placeholder text alone.
• Page content reflows without horizontal scrolling down to a 320-pixel-wide screen.
• Animation and motion are reduced automatically for visitors whose device requests it (prefers-reduced-motion).
• The page language is declared so screen readers pronounce content correctly.

3. Assessment Methods

We assess the accessibility of this website through a combination of automated testing and manual review, including rendering every page in a real browser at multiple screen widths to confirm content reflows correctly, keyboard-only navigation checks, and review of heading structure and form labelling. Accessibility is reviewed whenever the website changes, and the site is regenerated from a single set of templates so that a correction applies to every page rather than one.

4. Known Limitations

We are honest about where our control ends. The following are known limitations we are actively working to address:

• Third-party components. Some features are supplied by outside providers whose code we do not author — our AI chat assistant, the owner portal hosted by Buildium, and embedded review and scheduling widgets. We test them, but we cannot guarantee their full conformance, and we will assist any visitor who encounters a barrier in one of them.
• Externally supplied documents. PDFs or files produced by third parties (for example municipal forms) may not meet the same standard as pages we publish ourselves. Contact us and we will provide the information in an accessible format.

5. Alternatives Always Available

If any part of this website is not accessible to you, no service is out of reach. Everything on this site can be handled directly by phone or email — enquiries, rental analysis requests, maintenance reports, and every tool or document we publish. We will supply any content in an alternative format on request, at no cost.

6. Feedback, Requests and Complaints

That detail helps us reproduce and fix the problem quickly.
